Position Summary: We are seeking an Import and Operations Executive to track international shipments and provide customer service throughout the entire logistics process. Key Highlights: 1. At Carga Compartida, we are looking to add an Import and Operations Executive to our team—someone focused on tracking international shipments and providing direct customer service throughout the entire logistics process. We seek candidates with strong communication skills, operational judgment, and the ability to manage multiple operations in an organized and efficient manner. **Required Profile:** * Completed studies in International Business, Foreign Trade, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in freight forwarding agencies, logistics, or import operations. * Basic knowledge of foreign trade documentation and processes. * Intermediate English proficiency is mandatory. * Strong interpersonal skills for communicating with customers and suppliers. * Ability to build trust-based relationships and resolve inquiries promptly. * Organizational skills, follow-up capability, and simultaneous management of multiple operations. * Proactive attitude and teamwork orientation. **Responsibilities:** * Operational tracking of international imports. * Regularly update customers on the status of their shipments. * Coordinate payments and purchase orders with suppliers in China. * Manage cargo transfer and receipt at the origin warehouse. * Validate documentation required for import procedures and customs declarations. * Monitor operational timelines and adherence to deadlines. * Coordinate with internal departments to ensure continuity of each operation. * Deliver clear, prompt, and professional service throughout the customer journey. **We Offer:** * Fixed salary of S/ 1,700 \+ efficiency-based incentives. * Hybrid work arrangement. * Initial contract as an independent contractor (receipt for services), followed by formal employment. * Opportunity for growth within the logistics and import industry.
