If you have experience in customer service or sales, we are looking for you! **FUNCTIONS** * Notify customers of order confirmation and that their shipment is en route via official communication channels. * Monitor incidents across various WhatsApp groups, respond to delivery personnel requests, validate visits, discounts, order reductions, and payment method verification. * Contact end customers to confirm product delivery. * Promptly resolve customer requests and complaints. * Contact customers registered in the database assigned by the supervisor. * Provide technical information to customers regarding products listed in the catalog. * Process purchase orders from regular customers. * Prepare reports and perform other duties as directed by the immediate supervisor. **REQUIREMENTS** * Minimum of 6 months previous experience in a call center. * Availability to work in the Breña district, Monday through Saturday from 09:00 to 18:00 or from 10:00 to 19:00; shifts will be assigned by the company. * Proactive with initiative.
