At our KALMED Sports Club, we are looking for a responsible, kind, and proactive individual with a pleasant appearance and a strong service orientation to serve as Customer Service Staff. We are a club offering soccer and volleyball classes for children and youth, and we need someone to be the first point of contact with students and their parents. **Main Responsibilities:** * Receive and welcome students and parents. * Take daily attendance and keep records updated. * Collect monthly fees and issue receipts. * Provide information on schedules, prices, and promotions. * Assist with field tasks or coordination with coaches. * Gather suggestions or complaints and relay them to management. * Promote enrollment of new students. * Safeguard collected funds responsibly and transparently. **Requirements:** * Previous experience in customer service or sales (preferably in academies or gyms). * Good communication skills and positive attitude. * Basic knowledge of digital tools (Excel, WhatsApp Business, etc.). * Punctuality, responsibility, and commitment. * Availability to work Monday through Friday from 3:45 p.m. to 8:15 p.m. (4.5 hours daily). **Conditions:** * Fixed salary: S/ 500 - 600 per month * Performance bonus: up to an additional S/ 100 for enrolling new students. * Work mode: on-site / 3 blocks from Los Jardines train station, San Juan de Lurigancho. * Work environment: sporty, youthful, and pleasant.
