Appointment scheduling, billing, and handling inquiries via social media. **We are looking for a Receptionist \- Customer Service \- La Molina Area** We are looking for a charismatic, organized, and service-oriented Receptionist to join our team at **Fisio \& Co.**, a physiotherapy and rehabilitation center located opposite a major shopping mall in La Molina. **Requirements:** * **Reside in La Molina or neighboring districts** (mandatory). * **Minimum 6 months of experience** in customer service, reception, or sales (preferably in healthcare, aesthetics, or wellness centers). * **Proficiency with digital tools** (WhatsApp Business, social media, and basic Excel for appointment tracking). * **Excellent communication skills**, responsibility, punctuality, and ability to manage schedules under pressure. **Position Conditions:** * **Salary:** Starting from **S/.1,100\.00 per month**. * **Working Hours:** Monday to Saturday, **08:00 to 18:00** (with flexibility to schedule appointments outside regular hours as required by the center). * **Excellent working environment** in a center undergoing growth and relaunch. * **Main Responsibilities:** Patient reception, scheduling for massage therapists, billing, handling inquiries via social media, and maintaining order at the entrance area.
