At **DMujeres**, a leading cosmetics and beauty store located in **Mall Santa Anita**, we are seeking a **Beauty Advisor** with attitude, knowledge, and a passion for helping people feel and look their best. **Main responsibilities:** * Provide personalized advice on makeup, facial, and hair care products. * Conduct demonstrations and product recommendations based on skin type or customer needs. * Achieve individual and team sales targets. * Ensure cleanliness, organization, restocking, and attractive product presentation in the store. * Participate in activations, mini-workshops, or content recordings for social media. **Requirements:** * Minimum of **1 year of experience in cosmetics, perfumery, or beauty sales.** * Basic knowledge of makeup and skincare (courses or certifications preferred). * Excellent appearance, friendly demeanor, and passion for customer service. * Availability to work **in person** at Plaza San Miguel. * Rotating schedule from Monday to Sunday (one weekday off). **Schedule:** * Tuesday to Saturday from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm **We offer:** * Competitive base salary \+ sales commissions. * Bonuses for meeting performance goals. * Ongoing training with recognized brands (Flormar, Byphasse, Pegadito, and more). * Product discounts and a purpose-driven, stylish work environment.
