Requirements: * Additional training in healthcare-related fields is valued. * Prior customer service experience, preferably in call centers and within the healthcare sector. * Effective communication, customer orientation, ability to work in teams, handling difficult situations, empathy, and patience. * Basic knowledge of medical imaging services. Familiarity with the healthcare products or services offered by the company. Specific Responsibilities: * Timely management of incoming and outgoing calls. * Appointment scheduling via WhatsApp. * Adherence to standardized communication scripts for different topics. * Identifying customer needs, clarifying information, investigating each issue, and offering solutions or alternatives. * Scheduling, confirming, rescheduling, canceling, and following up on appointments as requested. * Transferring calls to the appropriate extensions. * Providing information about center services. * Meeting defined customer service performance indicators to achieve individual goals. * Maintaining up-to-date patient databases for appropriate follow-up. Schedule: * Monday to Saturday, 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM (48 hours per week). Location: * Cercado de Lima (Av. Guzmán Blanco).
