Responsibilities: \- Assist patients with inquiries and questions at the counter or via call center. \- Present the company and provide information related to clinic services at the counter or via call center. \- Ensure the proper patient service process at the counter or via call center. \- Perform other duties assigned by your direct supervisor. Requirements: \- Two years of experience in similar positions. \- Availability to work in the District of San Isidro from Monday to Saturday.
