




Payroll Assistant **Position Objective:** Ensure the accurate calculation, control, and timely payment of employee salaries, social benefits, and labor obligations for group companies, complying with current labor regulations and internal company policies. **Main Responsibilities:** * Prepare and process monthly or biweekly payroll for salaries, wages, and interns according to company policies. * Monitor attendance and overtime for staff in stores, kitchen, and administrative areas, coordinating with site managers and departments. * Record and update personnel movements (hires, terminations, vacations, leaves, deductions, judicial withholdings, among others). * Calculate social benefits: bonuses, CTS, vacation pay, severance packages, etc. * File labor and tax obligations: PLAME, AFPNet, Essalud, 5th category, among others. * Coordinate with accounting and treasury departments for payroll provisioning and payments. * Maintain up-to-date employee records and personnel control reports. * Provide support to employees regarding inquiries on payslips, deductions, vacations, or benefits. * Participate in labor audits and inspection processes by MTPE or SUNAFIL. **Job Requirements:** **Education:** Bachelor's degree or graduate in Accounting, Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years in payroll, preferably in the restaurant, retail, or service industry. Experience managing payroll for 400+ employees is desirable. **Technical Skills:** * Knowledge of current Peruvian labor legislation. * Proficiency in payroll systems (T\-Registro, PLAME, AFPNet, Intermediate/Advanced Excel). * Attendance tracking and management of rotating shifts. * Calculation of social benefits. * Experience with HR software or ERP systems (BUK, SAP, etc.) is desirable. **Soft Skills:** * Organizational skills and numerical accuracy. * Professional confidentiality and ethics. * Attention to detail and adherence to deadlines. * Effective communication with store managers and employees. * Analytical ability and problem resolution. * Teamwork and cross-functional coordination (HR – Accounting – Operations). **Working Conditions (optional):** * Schedule: Monday to Friday (on-site), 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. * Work location: Central office in Jesús María (with occasional visits to sites). * Remuneration: Competitive, based on market and experience. * Benefits: Formal employment contract, insurance, corporate discounts at restaurants.
