




1. Answer patient phone calls and schedule appointments. 2. Guide patients over the phone regarding the services we offer and their costs. 3. Follow up with patients for attendance at MRI, CT scan, and Neurology appointments. 4. Keep equipment and workspace organized, reporting any anomalies. 5. Perform other duties assigned by your immediate supervisor. 6. Manage follow-up for patients referred by Essalud and Private Insurance Companies. 7. Respond to WhatsApp messages on mobile phones assigned to the Call Center department. 8. Coordinate with Medical Management, Operations Management, and Administrative departments. REQUIREMENTS 1. Technical graduate in Telemarketing, Administration, or related fields (preferred). 2. Intermediate level of Microsoft Office knowledge. 3. Minimum of 03 months of experience in a Call Center. 5.
