





We are currently looking for talent for the position of **Customer Service** at our Plastic Surgery Clinic. **Requirements:** * Graduate of Technical or University studies in Administration, Marketing, or related fields. * 1 year of experience in the role (**handling inquiries**, requests, complaints, and/or claims through telephone, in person, email, chat, and/or **whatsapp**). * Intermediate knowledge of **Excel**. * Intermediate knowledge of **Google Drive**. * **CRM knowledge**. **Responsibilities:** * **Handling inquiries and scheduling appointments** with interested individuals according to service protocols per channel (telephone, email, chat, and/or whatsapp). * Knowledge or ability to **learn about plastic surgery**. * Promote the use of **digital channels**. * Propose actions to **improve closure of medical consultations**, internal processes, and reduce response times. * Retain customers expressing **interest in medical consultation**. * Receive payment for the medical consultation fee and schedule the appointment.
