





Job Description: A Chilean Factoring company is looking for a Customer Service Executive, according to the following profile: JOB OBJECTIVE: · Confirm invoices daily via phone and email, following parametrized objectives with quantifiable targets to achieve results. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Search for contact information in internal and external databases. * Contact recipients of invoices assigned to Chita via email and phone. * Record all invoice-related activities performed in Chita's web system. * Report any irregularities in the invoice confirmation process to the risk department. * Complete and submit Chita's registration forms when requested. REQUIREMENTS: · Availability to work on-site in the district of SURCO - hybrid modality. · Students pursuing studies in Communication Sciences, Accounting, Administration, Psychology, Education, or related fields. · Minimum 1 year of experience in a Call Center (ESSENTIAL) · Excellent communication and customer service skills · Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office · Goal-oriented BENEFITS: · Service contract, **honorarium receipt.** · Pleasant work environment · Full-time position, Monday to Friday schedule · Salary: S/.1,500.00 per month plus bonus for achieving targets. · Work for a foreign company Type of position: Full-time Salary: S/.1,500.00 - S/.1,800.00 per month Work Location: On-site job
