RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Order tracking via chat. \- Communication with support departments. REQUIREMENTS: \- Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service via CHAT. \- Good writing and spelling skills. \- Must be over 18 years old with a valid ID. \- Availability to work in HYBRID mode. Working Hours: \- Full Time: 06:00 \- 19:00 / 10:00 \- 22:00 (Available time ranges) \- 08 hours of work \+ 01 hour break. \- Rotating days off. \- Availability to work on-site in downtown Lima.
