At the IDPE Institute, we train students and lawyers who wish to begin practicing law. Currently, we are seeking educational advisors to call individuals who have requested information about our workshops (WE ARE NOT a call center and do NOT make "cold calls"). If you are a law student, you also have the advantage of being able to freely attend the workshop you sell, allowing you to train in law through real cases. We are looking for individuals with strong communication, persuasion, and sales closing skills who desire to build a **career path**, and who are organized and committed to customer satisfaction. **I.- Job Requirements.** 1.- Previous experience in sales or customer service (not essential). 2.- Basic level of Excel proficiency. **II.- Job Responsibilities.** You will be provided with a database containing phone numbers of individuals who have requested information about our workshops and programs. Responsibilities include: 1.- Make daily calls to provide information about our workshops. 2.- Follow up on their payments. 3.- Update daily records of follow-ups and sales. **III.- Schedule, Work Mode, and Employment Regime.** -In-person work in Cercado de Lima, near the intersection of Jirones Lampa and Miroquesada. -In-person from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM (mandatory hours). -Virtual: Saturdays from 8 AM to 1:00 PM (mandatory hours). **IV.- Salary, Bonuses, and Benefits.** -S/ 1,500.00 + commissions + bonuses. -Half of the basic salary as a gratification bonus in July and December. -One day off on your birthday. -Employment regime is under REMYPE. -15 days of vacation per year. -Opportunity to build a career path.
