What will you do? * Manage and ensure operational performance of the assigned service * Lead and manage the work team, ensuring goal achievement * Monitor indicators (KPI / SLA) and implement corrective and improvement actions * Prepare performance reports and participate in follow-up meetings * Manage communications regarding incidents affecting operations * Ensure the team has appropriate training, tools, and guidelines What are we looking for? * Minimum **3 years of experience as a Supervisor or Coordinator** in Customer Service (mandatory) * Completed secondary education (proof of studies required) * Experience in managing and tracking indicators (KPI / SLA) * Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills * Preferred: Courses or certifications in team leadership What do we offer? * Base salary: **S/ 1700 \+ commissions** * Formal employment with all statutory benefits * Short-term career path * Opportunity to be part of a continuously growing company We seek a candidate with leadership qualities, a results-oriented mindset, and strong management capabilities to ensure proper service functionality and team development.
