Work Mode: On-site FIXED SALARY PLUS COMMISSIONS JOB DESCRIPTION: Make outbound calls to promote, advise, and sell natural products (treatments, supplements, and general wellness), ensuring customer satisfaction and achievement of sales targets. REQUIREMENTS: Experience in sales or customer service, in-person or call center (preferably in the health sector) Empathetic attitude and customer orientation. Proactive attitude, results-driven, and teamwork. Persuasive communication and active listening skills. Ability to handle objections and close sales. Immediate availability. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Contact potential and existing customers to offer natural products and health support treatments. Clearly and professionally explain the benefits of each product, answering questions and addressing objections. Follow up with customers who have already purchased to encourage repurchases and measure their satisfaction.
