If you have experience in telephone sales, a proactive attitude, and are motivated to achieve results, this is the place for you. **WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?** \- Experience in sales via **call center**. \- Willingness to learn, grow, and generate high commissions. \- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills. \- Proven experience in sales via phone or social media. \- Teamwork skills. \- Availability to work in Los Olivos. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** \- Contact customers via phone calls and WhatsApp messages. \- Report daily on the leads handled. \- Conduct in-person consultations when clients visit the center for information. \- Provide in-person advice, guidance, or resolve patient inquiries at the center. \- Follow up with scheduled prospects. \- Perform cross-selling to our customers. \- Respond to social media messages, resolving customer questions or concerns. **WHAT DO WE OFFER?** \- Fixed salary of S/ 1200 on full payroll (PYME regime) \+ unlimited commissions starting from the first sale. \- Only one week of training with contract signed from day one. **Full-time schedule:** Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (Includes break time) On-site work at Av.
