




**Responsibilities** * Promptly and courteously resolve customer inquiries, questions, and requests. * Verify order status and ensure timely and proper delivery. * Prepare periodic management performance reports (response times, satisfaction, deliveries). * Keep the customer database and their interactions up to date. * Assist customers via chat, email, phone, and social media. * Escalate incidents or complex cases to the appropriate departments, ensuring resolution. * Collaborate in the continuous improvement of customer service processes. **Requirements** * Previous experience in customer service and/or sales support. * Intermediate-level knowledge of customer service platforms, as well as Excel and Office, is required. * Excellent communication skills, empathy, flexibility, and the ability to work under pressure and in a team are highly valued. * Strong problem-solving and effective decision-making skills are essential. * At least 1 year of experience in similar roles is required. * Remote position based in Peru.
