**Job Mission:** Propose and update policies and guidelines for managing operational risks and business continuity-related risks, with the objective of mitigating all types of risks that could affect the company’s operational continuity. Additionally, support the implementation of the Operational Risk and Business Continuity methodology. **Responsibilities:** * Draft, issue, and disseminate company standards and procedures, as well as manage and coordinate their updating and maintenance. Operational Risk * Participate in self-assessment workshops for operational risks related to processes/products/suppliers, with the aim of keeping risk matrices up to date and implementing necessary corrective measures to mitigate risks. * Manage and coordinate operational risk indicators with various operational units, analyze and monitor them, ensuring the establishment of corresponding improvement plans. Also propose new risk indicators where applicable. * Identify, investigate, and manage loss event reports issued by business and support units to determine whether they qualify as loss events. Propose mitigation measures to prevent recurrence of losses. * Identify and propose risk-related considerations for the development of new products and services, as well as update and participate in evaluations of critical suppliers. * Prepare reports and presentations for the Risk Committee, General Management, and/or Board of Directors. * Track adherence to action plan deadlines established with various departments. Business Continuity * Assist and accompany various departments in updating the Business Impact Analysis (BIA). * Conduct and maintain updated assessments of business continuity risks, aligned with significant changes within the company. * Identify and propose strategies or mechanisms necessary to mitigate impacts on business continuity. * Develop, monitor, and execute continuity strategy tests to ensure the company is prepared in case of disruption to its critical processes. **Requirements:** * Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Certifications Required for the Position: Specialization in Risk Management or Business Continuity (preferred). * Knowledge of Operational Risk and Business Continuity. * Familiarity with SBS regulatory requirements. * Two years of experience in similar positions; preferably with experience in card operations and process management within regulated entities. **Location:** Santiago del Surco **Work Modality:** Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.3,000.00 – S/.3,300.00 per month
