We have 2 cafés in Lima and are looking for a: Pastry Assistant (Junior or Senior) – Miraflores Workshop At Patty Pastelería, we value tradition and attention to detail. If you're passionate about baking, here you won't just work: you'll also learn artisanal pastry techniques that have accompanied us for over 30 years. Main responsibilities: \- Preparation of doughs and bases for cakes, pies, brownies, cookies, and alfajores. \- Production of classic desserts: tres leches, cheesecake, flan, mousse, among others. \- Assembling, baking, and decorating cakes and desserts. \- Processing and shaping doughs, preparing frostings, creams, and fillings. \- Preparing sweet and savory orders (sandwiches, coffee, supermarket items). \- Coating and decorating nougats and special products. \- Maintaining order and cleanliness in the work area following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Requirements: \- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Pastry Assistant in a production workshop or bakery (essential). \- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). \- Technical studies in pastry or gastronomy.
