We are seeking a professional expert in Higher Education to develop virtual training focused on providing our teaching staff with effective methods on **"How to optimize the learning experience and environment"** **Training Details:** · Target audience: Approximately 60 to 70 teachers (mostly professionals in foreign trade and international business). · Tentative dates: September 12 and 15. · Schedule: Preferably in the afternoon shift (Between 3 p.m. \- 5 p.m.) · Suggested sessions: 2 sessions, each with a maximum of 2 hours. · Mode: Virtual \- via Zoom **Trainer Profile:** · Professional background in Psychology or Education with expertise in Andragogy. · Previous experience delivering workshops for higher education teachers. · Proficiency in active methodologies and Information and Communication Technologies (ICT). **How to Apply?** Interested candidates, please submit your updated CV.
