We are currently seeking top talent for the position of **Part-Time Commercial Advisor**. You will be responsible for conducting meetings through our different platforms, providing detailed information about the educational programs we currently offer. * What skills or knowledge do you need? ● Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in call centers or in-person roles in customer service, sales, retention, and/or training. ● Ongoing or completed higher education studies. ● Basic proficiency in Office software. ● Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset with potential to work in the education sector. ● Competencies: Argumentation ability, Effective communication, Commitment, Teamwork, Proactivity, Composure, and Dynamism. Open to applicants from Lima and provinces, as this is a **remote** position. **What do you need to work from home?** ● A private and quiet workspace. ● Wired internet connection. ● PC or Laptop minimum (Windows 10, Core i3, RAM 8 GB) and headphones (Audio \+ Microphone) **What do we offer?** ● Work schedule from **Monday to Friday** ● **Evening Shift** *(4:00 pm to 9:00 pm)*; **Saturday** by prior coordination, may be **Morning Shift or Evening Shift** ● Fixed day off on **Sundays**. ● Fixed monthly salary of 600 soles plus **unlimited high commissions** for each sale made.
