You will have the opportunity to gain real experience and strengthen your professional profile by participating in projects that add value to people management. **Responsibilities** * Provide support in personnel attraction, recruitment, and selection processes. * Collaborate in onboarding and mentoring new employees. * Participate in attendance tracking, timekeeping, and intern follow-up. * Keep personnel documentation updated (MOF, organizational charts, records, and reports). * Support the organization of team integration and employee well-being activities. * Contribute to the preparation of HR management reports and indicators. **Required Profile** * Student of Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields in people management. * Proactive, committed, and willing to learn. * Must have a computer and stable internet connection. * Availability from Monday to Saturday, 36 hours per week (morning or afternoon shift). **What We Offer** * Internships conducted 100% remotely. * Certification upon completion of a minimum of 930 hours. * Experience in real HR department projects. * Opportunity to develop professional competencies related to Organizational Psychology.
