Completed secondary education Be of legal age (18 years old) Valid identification documents Intermediate level of English (English screening will be conducted over the phone) Availability for in-person training at our MAGDALENA Site (Alberto del Campo 411\), Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Availability to work from home Monday through Sunday, 40 HOURS PER WEEK (2 days OFF) **Shift:** 7:00 AM \- 11:00 PM (a specific shift within this timeframe will be assigned) **Your main challenges as a \#Teleperformer will be:** * Provide customer service to users of a global medical insurance company via phone calls. * Demonstrate strong comprehension and use of the English language through customer support. * Demonstrate knowledge and proper use of departmental resources, policies, and procedures. * Actively seek solutions or suggestions for any business issues.
