Availability to work from home Monday through Sunday, 40 HOURS PER WEEK. (2 days OFF) **Shift:** 7:00 AM \- 11:00 PM (A specific shift within this time range will be assigned) **Your main challenges as a \#Teleperformer will be:** * Providing customer service to users of a global medical insurance company via phone calls. * Demonstrating strong comprehension and use of the English language through customer support. * Demonstrating knowledge and proper use of departmental resources, policies, and procedures. * Actively seeking solutions or suggestions to address business issues.
