




**Job Description** We are looking for passionate and motivated students or graduates in Human Resources, Administration, or related fields to join our team through a six-month internship program. You will have the opportunity to participate in dynamic projects and strengthen your professional skills in the area of people management. **Responsibilities:** * Support recruitment and selection processes. * Coordinate and conduct onboarding inductions. * Prepare and manage certificates and documentation. * Monitor and record intern working hours. * Draft job profiles and post job openings on employment portals. * Update and maintain databases. * Prepare management reports and reports as required. **Requirements:** * Student or graduate in Human Resources, Administration, or related fields. * Basic knowledge of human resource management processes. * Good communication, organizational, and teamwork skills. * Must have a computer and internet access for remote work. **Position type:** Internship **Program duration:** 6 months **Work mode:** Remote **Flexible schedules** (choose one): * Morning shift: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM (with a 1-hour break from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM) * Afternoon shift: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM Position type: Full-time Work location: Remote
