**Job Description:** We are looking for passionate and motivated Psychology interns to join our Human Resources team in a six-month remote internship program. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting and challenging projects, and develop your skills and knowledge in Human Resources. **Program Information:** * **Duration:** 6 months (930 hours) * **Modality:** Remote * **Flexible Schedules:** * Morning shift: 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (1-hour break from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.) * Evening shift: 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support in recruitment and selection processes * Conduct inductions for new employees * Prepare and manage certificates * Monitor attendance and working hours of other interns * Draft job profiles and post them on job portals * Continuously update databases * Prepare requested reports and documents **Required Profile:** * Students or recent graduates in Psychology or related fields in Human Resources * Basic knowledge of HR processes * Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively * Must have a computer and stable internet connection to perform activities in virtual mode Job type: Full-time Work location: On-site employment
