




ASSISTANT COMMUNITY MANAGER NEEDED WITH EXPERIENCE. Plan, create and execute marketing and communication strategies that strengthen *El Rancho de Pol*'s presence on social media, generate greater visibility and attract new customers for events (weddings, 15th birthdays, birthdays, promotions, etc.). REQUIREMENTS: * Studies and knowledge in Marketing, Communication, Advertising or related fields. * Proficiency with tools: **Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, Google Drive, Metricool** (or similar). * Knowledge of **paid advertising (Meta Ads / TikTok Ads)**. * Skills in advertising copywriting and visual storytelling. * Creativity, initiative and good organizational skills. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Design and execute advertising campaigns (organic and paid) on **Meta, Instagram, TikTok and Google**. * Plan the monthly **content calendar** (reels, photos, stories, promotions). * Supervise the creation of audiovisual content (videos, photo shoots, event clips). * Monitor statistics, analyze results and propose improvements. * Manage the **digital community**: respond to messages, coordinate collaborations and partnerships. * Support in the **organization and coverage of events** to generate real and engaging content. * Design graphic materials (posters, flyers, invitations, digital banners). * Coordinate with external providers (photographers, designers, influencers, etc.).
