We are currently looking for 01 Dining Hall Supervisor for a mining camp in Oyón with the following profile: REQUIREMENTS: * Technical studies in hotel administration, tourism, or related fields. * Knowledge of chemical handling. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar positions within camps. * Desirable experience from industrial, retail, mass consumption, or mining sectors. * Availability to work at the Marcona Mining Camp - Ica. * Availability to work under a 14x7 shift schedule. * Must reside in Lima, Ica, Nazca, or Marcona. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Lead and supervise the operational staff's fulfillment of duties to support the dining hall's objectives. * Monitor compliance with hygiene, cleanliness, and order standards in the dining facilities, adhering to Newrest's QHSE standards. * Supervise and ensure adherence to service schedules across all services. * Control compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices and food safety regulations in the dining hall (refrigeration rooms, hot kitchen, cold kitchen, pastry section, and dining area) through daily inspections. * Prepare daily supply requests to the site warehouse according to area needs. * Monitor staff attendance. * Conduct daily briefings with frontline staff to provide feedback on service incidents and instruct them on operational and customer service topics.
