Requirements: Technical graduate or student from the field of Computing, Administration, or related fields. Minimum of (6) months of experience in the position. Experience in the healthcare sector, specifically in Imaging Diagnosis services (desirable). Responsibilities: Manage scheduling and rescheduling of patients within the service. Keep office supplies up to date and efficiently managed, including radiographic plates, ensuring their proper preservation. Provide administrative support by registering and entering documents, including medical reports and certificates, submitting them afterward to the responsible person for proper authorization and signature. Collect, classify, register, process, and archive documents related to department activities with strict confidentiality and discretion, assuming full responsibility. Process documentation related to the department and maintain the corresponding records. Other duties assigned by immediate supervisors.
