At Inetum, we accompany our clients and collaborators on their path to success! **Job Description** **Responsibilities** * Responsible for ensuring the formulation of preproduction environment strategies at the component, data, configuration, and release management levels. * Responsible for leading release management review sessions and deployment protocols with the environment management team and the client's Quality leaders. * Responsible for identifying potential conflicts in project planning during PI Planning sessions. * Responsible for ensuring code version control, maintenance, and configuration of preproduction environments. * Lead triage in case of critical failures in test environments. * Estimate, plan, and execute installation requests. * Configure and update installable packages for mobile applications to enable certification of the installed software. * Manage assigned resources, their maintenance, and resolution of issues arising from software package installations in certification environments. * Report timely on execution, progress, identified problems, and risks during installations, as well as record and document issues and their resolution. * Comprehensive ticket management (creation, tracking, interaction with other stakeholders). * Responsible for training the quality engineering and environment management teams in quickly resolving known defects in environments and deployment processes. * Administration of database applications and connectivity (Oracle, SQL, Microsoft, etc). **Requirements** **Profile** * University degree in Computer Science or related fields. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in preproduction environment management and administration. * Experience working under traditional waterfall and Scrum frameworks. * Knowledge of cloud architectures such as Azure, On Premise. * Knowledge of UNIX servers. * Knowledge of Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL databases. * Experience working with continuous integration applications such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps. * Experience with administration of deployment products and API validation tools such as Humio, New Relic, LogDNA, etc. * Experience working with requirement management tools such as Remedy. * Experience working with environment monitoring tools such as Zabbix, Grafana, etc. * Experience working with quality management tools: Quality Center, Jira, Xray, etc. **Additional Information** What will we offer you as part of the team? * Formal employment with full legal benefits. * Corporate benefits through our discount platform. * Constant training aligned with your career path and other areas of general interest (e-learning platforms). * The opportunity to participate in highly innovative challenges. * Career development path.
