Responsibilities: * Attend to and advise potential clients, identifying their needs and offering suitable real estate projects. * Conduct effective project presentations and guided tours at sales rooms and construction sites. * Manage the client database in CRM, ensuring timely follow-up until sale closure. * Meet individual and team sales targets. * Participate in fairs, events, and sales campaigns. * Provide initial post-sale service, ensuring customer satisfaction up to contract signing. * Weekly reporting of progress and closed sales to the Sales Manager.
