**What are we looking for?** Business Analyst **Your main responsibilities will be:** Mandatory Skills and Knowledge: * Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles (requirements analyst, functional analyst, business analyst). * Experience in gathering and analyzing requirements from business users and technical stakeholders. * Experience in product backlog management and refinement. * Experience in process transformation and optimization. * Proficiency and/or knowledge of tools: Advanced Bizagi, Tableau, Visio, Miro, Power BI, SQL Server, Alation, SQL, BPMN, JIRA. * Preparation of functional documentation (use cases, user stories, process diagrams, acceptance criteria). * Scrum Fundamentals Certified.
