If you are passionate about technological challenges and continuous improvement **This opportunity is for you!** **We are looking for an E\-Tools Engineer.** **Location:** El Salvador **Main Purpose:** Analyze, design and implement technological solutions that support the launch of new products or modifications in systems related to Customer Experience. Your mission is to ensure the optimal performance, availability and security of these solutions, aligning their performance with business objectives and promoting continuous improvement of the customer experience. **Responsibilities:** * Design end-to-end technical solutions considering all IT components (middleware, databases, etc.), including capacity analysis of the systems involved. * Fulfill the premise of “Customer First”, “Customer Centricity” in each Change Management process. * Prepare necessary documentation and hand over to the O&M team regarding the project or change request, as well as lead the Production Deployment window and provide proper follow-up ensuring correct operation during the pilot phase. * Administer, monitor and optimize Customer Experience applications, guaranteeing their stability, high performance and alignment with business objectives. * Design and implement automation strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer experience. * Establish and enforce a work plan associated with a project or Change Management request across all phases of the change cycle (Analysis, Development, Testing, Production Deployment and Babysitting). * Lead the creation of the base test matrix for the Quality team, ensure unit testing of involved components is performed, and execute component integration testing.
