Our people make the difference in our success. **Type of Contract:** Regular (Undefined) **What are we looking for?** Responsibilities: * Carry out commercial actions and campaigns targeting non-customizable segment clients as well as optional clients at the branch not assigned to any portfolio. * Plan activities using available tools, coordinating with the Branch Manager to achieve product/service/migration targets. * Proactively manage the non-customized and optional client base in terms of service quality and management outcomes, both via phone and in person. * Take advantage of every opportunity at the branch to market products and services, as well as to update and maintain customer data permanently and prioritizing this during each interaction. * Continuously perform cross-selling during client interactions, not limiting efforts to a single product or transaction, but continuing the process of selling complementary products whenever possible. * Provide comprehensive customer service, maintaining a consistent focus on service quality and promoting migration of clients and transactions to alternative channels. * Responsibly manage incident resolution or complaints in terms of service quality and response speed. * Permanently monitor active risk, proactively responding to risk alerts and anticipating potential deterioration in portfolio risk quality. * Continuously manage overdue risk (personal loans, credit cards, overdrafts, etc.) by planning and executing necessary recovery actions. * Evaluate and analyze credit operations and submit them to the appropriate levels for approval. * Inform, pre-qualify, and issue Credit and Debit Cards (within their delegation). Likewise, assign, cancel, or block coordinated cards and debit cards. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree candidate or currently studying Administration, Economics, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, International Business, or related fields.
