With a strong commitment to digital transformation, its Technology team plays a strategic role in creating solutions that optimize internal processes, support key business areas, and improve operational efficiency through the development and management of digital tools. **About the project** We are looking for a **Full-Stack Developer** to join the Information and Communications Technology team at Bagó. This position is key to leading the development and maintenance of internal web and mobile applications, focusing on the complete management of each project's lifecycle: from conception, functional analysis, and technical design to development, documentation, testing, deployment, and maintenance. The ideal candidate combines solid programming knowledge (Laravel, JS, Flutter), experience with Oracle and SQL Server databases, project management experience using agile methodologies, and the ability to work autonomously and proactively while engaging with business stakeholders. ### **Responsibilities** * Lead the end-to-end development of internal web and mobile applications. * Participate in requirement gathering and definition of technical solutions. * Implement interfaces, web services, and REST APIs. * Manage assigned projects: estimations, schedules, budgets, and documentation. * Ensure maintenance, stability, and scalability of developed solutions. * Document technical and functional processes (minutes, reports, progress updates). * Coordinate directly with internal users and functional teams. ### **Requirements** * **3 years** of experience developing web applications (PHP, JS, Laravel, APIs, etc.). * **2 years** of experience working with relational databases (Oracle PL/SQL and SQL Server T-SQL). * **1 year** of experience developing or maintaining mobile applications (Flutter is essential; Xamarin and C\# are also valued). * **2 years** of experience managing projects using agile methodologies (Scrum, PMI, etc.).
