




We are looking for a **Bachelor's degree in Information Systems Engineering** with solid experience in **technical support, software development and deployment, server administration**, and supervision of technological infrastructure. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree and/or professional title in Systems Engineering. * Minimum of **3 years of experience** as an IT Supervisor or in similar roles. * Proven experience in: * Second and third-level technical support. * Server administration (Windows and Linux). * Software development and deployment. * Network configuration (LAN, VLAN, WAN). * Management and maintenance of computer hardware. * Database administration (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, MongoDB, MariaDB). * Ability to lead technical teams and coordinate Help Desk support services. **Technical Skills:** * Google Workspace (expert level) * Active Directory * PHP / Java * MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, MariaDB, MongoDB * Linux systems * Autodesk Suite * LAN / VLAN / WAN networks * Help Desk administration * ISO 27001 **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise and ensure the functionality and availability of the IT infrastructure. * Design, develop, and maintain the institutional website, ensuring its functionality and periodic updates. * Manage the proper operation, updating, and continuous improvement of the SISTELAR system. * Coordinate and perform second and third-level technical support tasks. * Manage users, access rights, and technological resources (Active Directory, Google Workspace, etc.). * Maintain databases organized, updated, and secure. * Handle incidents, requests, and system changes. * Coordinate with technology vendors and different organizational departments. * Ensure the proper functioning of hardware, networks, and critical systems. * Support development teams in software deployment and maintenance.
