We are looking for a Junior Planner / Cost Controller to help us deliver projects on time and on budget, with visibility through Power BI and disciplined execution. **What you will do (impact and responsibilities):** * Build WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) and schedules (MS Project/Primavera). * Generate S-curves and establish time/cost baselines per project. * Calculate EV/PV/AC and report SPI/CPI (EVM control). * Estimate EAC (Estimate at Completion) and publish monthly D\+3 report in Power BI. * Validate CO (Change Orders) with quantities/costs and coordinate approval within ≤24 hours. * Coordinate procurement plans based on S-curve milestones; track OTIF performance from suppliers. * Prepare/validate progress billing with Site Manager and Finance team. * Maintain cost database (productivity rates and unit costs). * Publish weekly dashboard: physical/financial progress, SPI/CPI, EAC, CO, procurement, and risks. **Requirements:** * Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical or related fields). * 1–3 years of experience in project planning/control (EPC, construction or industrial maintenance preferred). * Basic-to-intermediate MS Project/Primavera and advanced Excel (pivot tables/Power Query). * Desired: Power BI, Presto/CostX, ERP (Business Central), blueprint reading. * Knowledge of IGV, deductions, and withholdings; focus on safety (SSOMA). * Availability for site visits in Lima and other regions. **How we will measure your success?
