**Credicorp Capital** invites you to Turn Challenges into Opportunities and become our next **Senior Technical Analyst - Application Development** for the Technology team, in Bogotá and Lima. ***Mission:*** Develop, build, configure, customize, integrate, and perform unit testing of solutions based on functional and technical specifications to meet quality and performance requirements. You will also standardize the management of vendors interacting with the Applications vertical, measure service levels with IT, and report project status. ***Responsibilities:*** **Requirements and Project Management** * Report on projects, identify root causes, and ensure comprehensive execution * Measure time to market for requirements and projects **Vendor Management** * Manage interactions between vendors required by Development, Certification and Testing, and Application Support teams **Capacity Management** * Monitor capacity usage required by vendor teams * Assemble applications * Align detailed designs with high-level designs to ensure consistency with functional specification requirements * Design detailed processes necessary for the implementation of new services/developments * Develop, build, configure, and perform unit testing of solutions **Application Assembly** * Ensure designs comply with the architectural roadmap supporting service development, execution, and operations * Review that solutions meet requirements specified in design documentation * Adhere to development standards and methodologies * Resolve queries or blockers regarding design, implementation, or UAT testing directly with business stakeholders * Escalate issues when necessary to the Application Development Manager ***Requirements*** * Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or related fields * 5 years of experience in software/application development: + 1 year of experience as a Senior Technical Analyst + Experience in infrastructure teams (desirable) * Proficiency with tools for managing the development lifecycle * Experience in .NET development using C\# language and .NET framework * Knowledge of ASP.NET * Experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) * Intermediate English proficiency (desirable) * Advanced MS Office skills: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
