The ideal candidate will be responsible for acting as a bridge between business areas and the technical team, ensuring that requirements are clearly gathered, documented, and aligned with project objectives. **What you can expect from this role (Responsibilities)** Conduct detailed interviews with the client's business area. Document the current state (AS\-IS) of workflows. Map data flows, detailing interactions between entities. Create functional requirements documentation and specific use cases for automation. Generate the solution design (To\-Be) in collaboration with the RPA Specialist. Work on high-visibility projects with challenging deadlines in a multinational environment. **Requirements** Proven experience in gathering and documenting business processes. Proficiency with tools such as Figma (documentation) and Jira (definition/loading of HU). Experience working on projects with tight deadlines in multinational companies.
