Currently, we are looking for two Systems Engineers. **Programming Languages (Essential):** * PHP (Framework Laravel/CodeIgniter preferred) * C\# (.NET Framework/.NET Core) * HTML5 and CSS3 * JavaScript (ES6\+, frameworks such as React, Vue.js or Angular valued) * Python (Django/Flask preferred) **Databases:** * MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server * Knowledge in database design and optimization **Web Technologies:** * Responsive and mobile\-first development * REST APIs and web services * Version control (Git) * Basic knowledge of servers (Apache/Nginx) PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCIES **Experience:** * Minimum 2\-3 years of experience in software development * Proven experience in web systems and CRM projects * Portfolio of developed projects **Technical Skills:** * Systems analysis and design * Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) * Application testing and debugging * Technical documentation **Soft Skills:** * **Ability to work under pressure** (fundamental requirement) * Results-oriented and meeting deadlines * Teamwork and effective communication * Proactivity and initiative in problem solving * Adaptability to technological changes **COMPETENCIES:** \- Strong sense of responsibility. \- Commitment and confidentiality \- Proactivity, planning and organization. \- Assertiveness and tolerance LOCATION: \- Availability to work in Los Olivos, Lima.
