REQUIREMENTS: \- Technical professional graduate/graduate and/or university bachelor's degree in Systems and/or Technological Services such as ERP, Software, etc. \- Experience in VB.Net 2017 or higher, SQL Server, Crystal Reports 11, 1 year. \- Basic knowledge of processes such as Accounting/Inventory/Electronic Invoicing/Payroll. \- Experience using API services (preferable but not mandatory) \- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation. \- Commitment and autonomy in decision-making **FUNCTIONS** \- Provide telephone/remote support to current customers. \- Collect user observations and requirements and communicate them to the Development Department. \- Follow up with customers regarding their requirements and implementations. \- Perform testing of new developments or customer modifications prior to release. \- Document all support activities performed.
