In Peru, we operate in most economic sectors such as mining, agriculture, and fishing, becoming part of the value chain of their products and services. **Job Description** * Participate in the design and planning processes of software solutions. * Proactively and collaboratively find solutions with other team members. * Ensure the development or implementation of stable and scalable solutions or services. * Suggest ideas, new solutions, or improvements to current technological systems. * Document technical solutions with necessary diagrams for easy understanding by other technical areas of the company. * Stay updated on technologies in use and explore new technologies. * Comply with defined programming standards. * Identify issues within the team and help resolve them. * Deliver to the incident and problem management team the minimum requirements to transfer support for a new technological solution or its updates. * Propose improvements to current processes and systems to optimize time. * Coordinate production releases of solutions or resolved incidents. * Train users in the use of developed solutions. * Manage technical backlog. * Perform technical evaluations of requirements and projects regarding time, cost, resources, skills, among others. **Requirements** * Professional in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development. * At least 3 years of experience leading software development technical teams. * Experience implementing on Azure cloud. * Experience developing applications on Azure Cloud, ETLs, Jobs, Middleware. * Experience and knowledge in code review using different tools. * Experience in modern software development best practices, including code version control (git), Unit Testing, TDD, CI/CD, etc. * Basic knowledge of application architecture and DevOps. * Knowledge in Back End (Net core, .NET) and Front End (Angular, React) and Xamarin (Mobiles). * Knowledge in AI and its various applications for process efficiency. * Database managers: Oracle PL SQL / SQL Server. * Desirable: Microsoft Project, Bizagi, Salesforce CRM, Containers (Docker), Kubernetes. **Additional Information** * Payroll inclusion from day one. * Life Insurance as per law. * EPS premium covered at 80%. * Constant training. * Corporate agreements.
