




**Job Description** We are looking for a committed and responsible **Accounting Assistant** to provide direct support in routine and administrative tasks within the accounting department. Your role will be essential in ensuring the accurate recording, organization, and filing of accounting documents, contributing to meeting internal deadlines and processes. **Main Responsibilities** * Assist in recording and verifying accounting vouchers (invoices, receipts, payment slips). * Classify and file accounting and administrative documents (physical and digital). * Enter accounting transactions into the system or Excel. * Organize ledgers, accounting records, and monthly folders for purchases, sales, and bank statements. * Support petty cash management and documentation of minor expenses. * Prepare documentation for internal reviews or external audits. * Collaborate in updating auxiliary files and control reports. * Comply with area policies regarding organization, security, and confidentiality. **Requirements** * Graduate or final-year student of **Accounting** (technical or university level). * **No previous experience required** (pre-professional internships are valued). * Basic knowledge of accounting and taxation. * Basic proficiency in **Excel** (lists, sums, filters). * Desirable: knowledge of **SUNAT** and accounting systems. **Valued Competencies** * Organization and attention to detail. * Responsibility and punctuality. * Willingness to learn and improve. * Teamwork and collaboration. * Honesty and confidential handling of information.
