Ayvens Peru is currently seeking an accounting or related-field student from the 8th semester onward, who is dynamic, proactive, solution-oriented, a team player, well-organized in tasks, and focused on achieving objectives within established timelines. Responsibilities include daily accounting transaction recording, reconciliation of entries, and maintaining up-to-date information. Provide support to the finance department in required activities. **Mission** : * Record daily accounting transactions, reconcile entries, and liaise with suppliers for account reconciliation. Additionally, support the department in required operational activities. **Functions and Responsibilities:** * Record supplier invoices, expense reports, and other documents. * Record payments, receipts, and other required entries. * Analyze assigned balance sheet accounts. * Prepare INEI surveys. * Maintain document control across various departmental processes. * Support during auditor engagements. * Complete assigned training programs (MyLearning). **Experience and Knowledge:** * Student from the 8th semester onward in Accounting, Finance, Administration, or related fields. * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * ERP system experience (desirable). * Basic English (desirable). **Skills** : * Adaptability * Strong communication skills * Teamwork * Analytical ability and attention to detail Proactivity * **Why Ayvens?** With over 3\.1 million vehicles managed across more than 40 countries, we provide full\-service leasing, flexible subscription services, fleet management services and multi\-mobility solutions to customers of all sizes, including large corporates, SMEs, professionals, and private individuals.
