Proactive with strong interpersonal skills, capable of establishing good relationships with clients, staff, and suppliers, as well as managing conflicts**.** **The Challenge:** Organize and implement community services that must adapt to changes and new organizational and functional procedures. **If you are ready for this challenge, apply or share your profile with us!** **Requirements** * Graduate in Administration or Accounting: University or Technical level. * **Essential** minimum 2 years of experience in condominiums. * Intermediate level of Microsoft Office. * Residence in Callao (preferred). **Responsibilities** * Develop and plan administrative and operational tasks, such as annual budgeting, distribution and issuance of fees, logistical coordination, among other functions. * Develop and maintain up-to-date asset inventories, maintenance programs, request quotations, follow-up on extended warranties provided by suppliers. * Maintain organized physical and digital documentation of administrative, logistical, and accounting nature for the condominium. * Use digital tools: Administrative software systems. * Organize and coordinate duties and functions of the personnel under their supervision. * Direct interaction with clients and suppliers. * Human resources management. * Other duties inherent to the position.
