




We are looking for an ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT with IMMEDIATE AVAILABILITY for one of our clients in the pharmaceutical industry. REQUIREMENTS * Graduate in Administration, Psychology, Accounting or Human Resources. * Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative areas, purchasing, logistics, warehouse and/or accounting. * Intermediate level Excel skills * Experience using ERP systems * Desired courses in management RESPONSIBILITIES * Responsible for comprehensive purchase and sales records (including goods receipt) * Issuance of invoices and delivery notes, generation of purchase orders, management of accounts payable/receivable * Conducting periodic inventories, complete organization of records and filing * Support to the Accounting department WORK HOURS Monday to Friday: 8 a.m. \- 5 p.m. Saturdays: 8 a.m. \- 1 p.m. SALARY 1200 soles negotiable Job type: Full-time Salary: From S/.1,200\.00 per month Work location: On-site
