




At **SAASA - Andean Airport Services** we are looking for: **PASSENGER CONTROL AGENT - FULL TIME** **WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITY?** * Complete the passenger summary report accurately. * Check activated Check-in and boarding buttons. * Execute opening of next day's flights 24 hours prior to departure and generate the corresponding report. * Implement emergency response plans from the airline, airport, and SAASA. * Report discrepancies in flight closures to the Leader or Supervisor. * Assist passengers in special situations. * Report system issues to Duty/Executive for Service Desk registration (email creation). * Provide support between Passenger Control positions as operation requires. **WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?** * Technical or university studies in Commercial Aviation, Administration, or related fields. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar roles within passenger service areas. * **Intermediate level of English.** * Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office. * Experience with operational systems SABRE DW or SABRE INTERACT, AMADEUS, RECIBER, WORLD TRACER.
