We are a company dedicated to the transportation and construction industry, and we are currently looking for (01) female candidate for the position of Accounting Assistant who meets the following profile. REQUIREMENTS: \- Academic Degree: Graduates from Accounting or Finance programs \- Minimum of 03 years of experience. \- Proficient in computer systems \- Immediate availability to work from Monday to Saturday. \- Computer skills, Intermediate Excel knowledge. \- Ability to work under pressure, organized, proactive, competent. \- Must reside in Santa Anita district or nearby areas. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Recording purchases and sales according to SIRE, as well as RxH * Tax filings (PDT621, PDT601, SIRE, AFP, PLE, BENEFICIARIO FINAL, DAOT) * Payment processing and bank reconciliations * Payroll preparation and attendance records * Tracking documentation and other controls (contracts, route sheets, etc.) * Issuance of delivery guides, invoices, and service fee receipts (if necessary) * Preparation of complete reports for period closing * Provisions and accruals * Administrative procedures and others if required * Assist in information requests for financial, tax, legal, and/or managerial audits. * Other duties assigned by immediate supervisor.
