On behalf of our client, a leading company in the construction sector, we are looking for a **Construction Supervisor (Retail Sector)** **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree or graduate in Architecture (preferably specialized in projects). * 4 years of experience supervising **retail** construction projects, stores in shopping malls, or **commercial architecture projects**. * Advanced knowledge of **AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Project, and Excel**. * Knowledge of quality control, scheduling, and budgeting. * Experience coordinating night construction activities and fieldwork. **Responsibilities** * Develop schedules and budgets using technical tools (MS Project, Excel). * Coordinate rough-in and finishing work: electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, painting, drywall, and fire protection systems. * Monitor materials, manage purchases, and coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors. * Prepare daily and weekly progress reports. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols required by shopping malls. * Assist in creating drawings and surveys using **AutoCAD** and **SketchUp**. **Conditions and benefits:** * **Work location:** Lima (depending on assigned project). * **Schedule:** Flexible, with potential for night shifts. * **Modality:** Availability to travel according to project needs, including nighttime hours. * **Willingness to travel.** * Participation in high-level architectural projects within shopping malls. * Professional exposure and growth within an innovative environment. * Opportunity for continuous learning in retail projects and commercial construction.
