




**We are hiring!** **Joyería Petunia** is looking for a **proactive and responsible female collaborator** to join our team in the **Operations / After-sales (E-commerce)** area. **Requirements:** * Female, over 24 years old * Minimum of 1 year of experience in the role (**preferably in retail or jewelry sector)** * Punctual, organized, and eager to learn * Intermediate to advanced level in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) * Knowledge of logistics ERP systems, Bsale system preferred * Must live in areas adjacent to Miraflores * Good attitude for teamwork and attention to detail **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor product stock levels and perform timely replenishment. * Record incoming products into the system for storage. * Conduct inventories and report results on a weekly basis. * Coordinate with customers regarding product deliveries to improve efficiency. * Generate, send, and track customer purchase orders according to point of sale. * Direct coordination between Customer Service, Warehouse, and Distribution. * Register and handle related incidents. * Monitor stock records for warehouse and branch locations. * Prepare required reports and statistical analyses. * Assist with general logistics and warehouse tasks. **Working Hours:** Monday to Saturday, from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. If you love the jewelry world and want to be part of a brand with soul, we look forward to your application!
